Before April 30: Full refund
Cancel your reservation before April 30 @ 11.59pm ECT and you will get a full refund.
Before May 16 - Partial refund
Cancel your reservation before May 16 @ 11.59pm ECT and you'll get a refund of 50% of the amount paid (minus service fee).
After May 16 - No refund
